We are an environmentally friendly casket/coffin manufacturer with factory in mainland China. Our caskets can be made from US Cardboard, Three-Ply (wood), Fibreboard or Hardboard with silk/cloth covering which look very nice and load up to 200 kg for standard size, 250 kg for the Large size and 300 kg for the Ex Large size.
We have developed the American Styles (Half Couch & Full Couch) cardboard caskets with 6 metal handles at cost of USD68 for the standard size and the large size, and USD95 for the Ex Large size. Prices are FOB Huangpu, Guangzhou or Yantian, Shenzhen, PRC. They are mainly used for cremation.
We also have caskets made from the mixture of cardboard with Three-ply (wood), or with Fibreboard, or with Hardboard. They are silk/cloth coverings, which look the same as our casket made from cardboard and are used for cremation and for burial at WORLD-WIDE COMPETIVE price.
The INNER dimensions of our American style casket are as follows :
1) Standard Size : 6 ft 4 in (L) x 23 in (W) x 12 in (H)
2) Large Size : 6 ft 7 in (L) x 27 in (W) x 13.5 in (H)
3) Ex Large Size : 7 ft (L) x 31 in (W) x 16 in (H)
Three caskets of different sizes can be nested together in a space for economical shipment. Buyer can choose two or three sizes to be nested together. If three caskets to be nested, the number of caskets in a 20' container is about 54 units, and about 108 units in 40' container. The number of caskets will be more if less Ex Large sizes are loaded.
The patterns and the colours of the cloth can be adjusted to the requirements of the clients. We have patterns of Christian symbols of Angel and dove in grey, dark blue and beige background colours. Actually the patterns and colours can be built to your specifications if quantity up to 300 caskets. However, smaller quantity with specific patterns has to pay a little surcharge.
The metal handles can be in circular or rectangle with or without badge, or caskets with wooden bar at additional cost.
We also build WOOD and METAL caskets under the specifications of clients, and are pleased to quote our best prices on request.
